Are you energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with kids? Roots Vacation Camps is looking for enthusiastic and caring Camp Counselors to help create a fun, safe, and unforgettable camp experience for children ages 5–12.

As a Camp Counselor, you’ll play a key role in leading activities, supporting campers, and creating a positive environment where kids can grow, learn, and have fun.​

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Camp Counselor, you should be:

• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic

• Responsible, dependable, and attentive

• A strong leader and team player

• Comfortable working with children ages 5–12

• Organized and able to follow schedules and safety guidelines

• Able to communicate clearly with campers, parents, and staff

Previous experience working with children (camp, school, sports, childcare) is a plus, but not required.
